Anchored in the high vibe culture of Costa Rica’s Pura Vida, this necklace is designed for free spirits and lovers of the ocean. Made from natural rosewood and freshwater pearl, the necklace features two charms: a Saint Christopher medallion and 14k gold-filled embossed pearl initial of your choice. Saint Christopher is the patron saint of travelers and protection, which became widely popularized in the 90’s amongst surfers for protection in the water. The pearl charm, adorned with the initial of your choice, is meant to represent your loved ones and keep them close to you at all times. Like my other pieces, this is a necklace that I first made for myself and soon became popularized in local surf culture in Costa Rica.
