JEWELRY CARE
All of our jewelry is made of 14k and 18k gold and is designed and crafted to last a lifetime. In fact, ALEXANDRA PHILIP was initially founded to offer superior quality (learn more from our story). However, proper care is required to assure the lasting qualities of your jewelry.
Storage
All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in New York City. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order more quickly, it may be possible to rush your order for an addition fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and we will provide you with the expected time period and additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Usage
Generally, we recommend trying to avoid wearing your ALEXANDRA PHILIP jewelry in the following situations:
  • Excessive sweating (e.g. when carrying out a sporting activity)
  • Extreme heat (e.g. sauna, hot yoga room)
  • Unnecessary contact with corrosive products (e.g. cleaning solutions, make-up, perfume, harsh soaps)
Care
To clean your ALEXANDRA PHILIP jewelry, we recommend dipping the item in tepid water and cleaning with a soft brush (e.g., soft toothbrush) and gentle soap (e.g., baby soap). Then carefully rinse with fresh tepid water, dry it, and polish with a soft cloth. Performing this sequence on a regular basis will preserve your ALEXANDRA PHILIP jewelry’s beautiful brilliance.

RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange your item within 10 days from when you receive your order. All merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
Directions
  • Please e-mail orders@alexandraphilip.com to receive your Return Authorization number.
  • For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it via any insured delivery service.
  • Please write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

REPAIRS
Quality and craftsmanship are our utmost priorities. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for a repair on any ALEXANDRA PHILIP item, please follow the directions as set forth below.
Directions
  • Please e-mail orders@alexandraphilip.com to receive your Repair Authorization number. Please be sure to reference your name, order number, and repair issue.
  • For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it via any insured delivery service.
  • Please write your Repair Authorization number on the outside of the box, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • ALEXANDRA PHILIP will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase at no charge. Repairs within 120 days deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
  • Within two weeks of receiving your jewelry, you will be contacted with an estimated cost (if any).
  • Repair time is typically 4-10 weeks from the time we receive your jewelry.

SHIPPING
General
Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. ALEXANDRA PHILIP is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves ALEXANDRA PHILIP. If your order is sent back to ALEXANDRA PHILIP by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. ALEXANDRA PHILIP does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. ALEXANDRA PHILIP is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and ALEXANDRA PHILIP is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
Promotions
Any promotions offered by ALEXANDRA PHILIP will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. ALEXANDRA PHILIP reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, ALEXANDRA PHILIP has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.

PRIVACY POLICY
ALEXANDRA PHILIP respects and values your privacy and works to protect your personal information. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment of operations. This policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information collected through our website.
Consent
By using or purchasing any product through our website, you agree to our policy as set forth below. The policy may be updated at our discretion and the most recent version of the policy will be posted to the site. Your continued use of the site signifies your agreement with any modifications to the policy.
Age of Consent
ALEXANDRA PHILIP does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under eighteen and wish to place an order, please ask your parents to do so. From time to time, we may send product updates, exclusive offers, etc. via e-mail. If you wish to opt out of these services, you may to do so by e-mailing info@alexandraphilip.com with the subject “Remove.”
Security
Security is important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. However, we will not be liable for disclosures of your personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. We have undertaken efforts to prevent unauthorized access to your information retained in our servers, however, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
Disclosure
Please note that ALEXANDRA PHILIP reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required by law or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper. If ALEXANDRA PHILIP changes ownership through an acquisition, merger, sale, or other change of business status, it reserves the right to transfer or assign the right to use your personal information collected from the site.
